If you are not satisfied with our Truck Dispatching Services within the first 30 calendar days from the date your service agreement begins, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund:

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
Services that have been suspended or terminated due to the customer's breach of contract, fraud, or illegal activities.
Delays or issues caused by factors outside the control of Discount Digital Providers LLC, including but not limited to weather conditions, broker decisions, equipment failures, DOT regulations, market conditions, or customer availability.
Dissatisfaction resulting from market fluctuations, freight availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may cancel their dispatching service at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the request falls within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period and meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
