Searching and booking freight loads.
Negotiating rates with freight brokers.
Managing dispatch schedules.
Communicating with brokers and shippers.
Assisting with required dispatch-related paperwork.
Providing ongoing dispatch support during the service period.
We act solely as a dispatch service provider and are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or transportation company. We do not guarantee any specific number of loads, revenue, mileage, or profits.
2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before dispatching services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing accepted during the onboarding process.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, or payment processing fees imposed by their financial institution.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel dispatching services at any time by providing written notice.
Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Services will end once the cancellation request has been processed.
Any outstanding balances owed to Discount Digital Providers LLC remain payable after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
Discount Digital Providers LLC offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Truck Dispatching Services.
Customers may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the service start date, provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period or those that do not comply with our refund requirements may be denied.
5. Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact Discount Digital Providers LLC to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Immediate suspension of services.
Termination of the customer account.
Collection efforts for unpaid balances.
Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.
Nothing in this policy limits a customer's legal right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions under applicable law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete business, carrier, MC, DOT, insurance, and contact information.
Maintain all licenses, permits, insurance, and operating authority required by law.
Promptly communicate availability, schedule changes, and dispatch instructions.
Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.
Maintain their equipment in safe operating condition.
Notify us immediately of any issues that may affect dispatch operations.
7. Company Responsibilities
Discount Digital Providers LLC agrees to:
Perform dispatching services professionally and in good faith.
Seek freight opportunities that align with the customer's preferences whenever reasonably possible.
Negotiate freight rates on the customer's behalf.
Maintain timely communication regarding available loads and dispatch updates.
Protect customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Provide customer support during normal business hours.
While we work diligently to obtain quality freight opportunities, we cannot guarantee load availability, broker acceptance, specific freight rates, or financial results, as these depend on market conditions and factors beyond our control.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using the services of Discount Digital Providers LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you should not purchase or use our services.
